Shock horror when my computer decided the Operator was not up to his exacting standards, and abandoned me without warning.  Feel sure many of you out there always dread the day this happens.  I fiddles, twiddled and tweaked, all to no avail.  I now loathed, even hated, my once loved and much cherished Computer.  Help!!! who on earth do I choose to sort it all out.  A breath of fresh air arrived in the form of Mark, from Coast Computers, he seemed to breeze in with his confident air, and after just a few moments I knew I had made the right choice.  His Technical Skills, expertise, and all-round knowledge were exceptional, and fascinating to watch in action.  Mark also gives Tutorials on all aspects of Computing, which I will follow up at a later date.

Don't panic like I did, if your computer decides to have a juvenile tantrum, just ring Coast Computers, they are reasonably priced, efficient, and professional, and all your problems will be diagnosed and resolved.

P.S. My Computer and I are now best of friends again, thanks to Mark.

For the 2nd time in 12 months Coast Computers has come to our rescue. The 1st time our PC went wrong we had no idea who to call out and came accross their advert in the Yellow Pages and thank god we did. After just one call to them and a follow up from Mark on the same day, where we talked in depth about the problem, Mark came out diagnoised the fault and took our PC away to be fixed on the Friday evening. Better than that we had it back before the end of the weekend. What brlliant value for money!

So who would we talk to this time about apgrading our baby? You got it Coast Computers. Due to odd working hours we emailed their website with our query and within 48 hours (as it was a weekend) we got a reply from Mark. Over several emails we discussed ideas and Mark pointed out where we could improve parts for our gaming needs. He was honest and upfront with costs from the beginning and was so reasonable how could we say no. We arranged for the PC to be picked up on a Monday Lunchtime and Mark emailed us that evening to confirm the price and the following day he emailed us to keep us informed as to how it was going. We knew we would have the PC back by Thursday but on Tuesday evening we got a call from Coast Computers arranging for 'our baby' to be returned us on Wednesday morning. We can't explain how delighted we are with the service. Mark is friendly and puts you at ease. He is honest and briliant at what he does and we wouldn't use any-one else now. We are huge fans of Coast Computers and so is our PC. We know if we ever have a problem in the future we can call on Mark to help us put things right.
