Another new service here at Coast Computers is Remote Support, we can connect to your computer (working internet connection required) , diagnose and repair the problem (if possible) and thats it.

 

All that you need to do is enter the unique 5 digit support code given to you from us into the box on our homepage and download a small application from us that enables you to connect remotely to us and then sit back and relax while your pc is repaired in front of your eyes without you even leaving your desk.

This service is being provided on a yearly basis for £40 inc VAT paid in advance.

There is no limit to the amount of times we can connect to you and no hidden charges.

If the issue cannot be resolved via this method and we need to attend your place of work or home then the normal prices apply for callouts.

Alternatively we also offer Maintenance Contracts which are explained here, however if you take out both a contract and the above Remote Support package together you will get £5 off the total price.

So you would get unlimited remote support for a year and 6 engineer visits a year so combined together you will have everything covered.

Under this scheme you also benefit from cheaper parts costs for upgrades or hardware repairs.
