Following on from my previous post about the payment processor, I have also started to use a new invoicing system, it makes life easier for me but more importantly, it makes life easier for everyone to make payments.

Another benefit is I can set it up to send invoices each month, so you can pay for maintenance contracts monthly, instead of in one lump sum.

If you have a contract and pay yearly, future invoices will be sent out automatically to save any lapse in cover, and more importantly to save me from forgetting to remind people 😀
